1. How do I place a custom commission order?
To commission a custom piece, please contact me directly through the contact form on my website or email. We’ll discuss the details, including size, medium, and timeline. Payment is required upfront to secure your spot.
2. Can I see updates of my commission while it’s being worked on?
Yes! I’m happy to provide progress photos upon request. However, please note that these are subject to my schedule, and significant changes to the design may incur additional charges.
3. How long does it take to complete a commission?
The timeline depends on the size and complexity of the project. Most commissions take several weeks to a few months (maximum). If you have a specific deadline, let me know when placing your order, and I will let you know if I can accommodate it.
4. What if I don’t like my finished commission?
Before I start your project, we’ll discuss your vision in detail to ensure we’re aligned. While I aim for satisfaction, commissioned artwork is custom-made and non-refundable. I will do my best to make minor adjustments if feasible, but major revisions are not included.
5. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I ship worldwide. If you are located outside of the United States, please contact me for a shipping quote. You may also be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or VAT in your country.
6. What should I do if my package is damaged during shipping?
While I package all items securely, damages can happen during transit. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping courier directly to file a claim. I am happy to assist with the process and will work with you to resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis.
7. Are your purses and apparel items washable?
Care instructions are provided with every purchase. Please follow them carefully to maintain the quality of your item. Negligence or failure to follow these instructions may result in damage, which is not covered by my store policies.
8. Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
All sales are final. Due to the nature of my products, I do not accept returns or exchanges. Exceptions are made if the wrong item was sent in error.
9. Can I purchase artwork that I saw at one of your exhibitions?
If the artwork is currently on display in a gallery, you must contact the gallery directly to purchase. I cannot provide refunds for artwork sold through galleries under consignment agreements.
10. Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! I accept Klarna, Afterpay, and Affirm, which allow you to break up payments. Please choose your preferred option at checkout.
11. Can I pick up my order locally?
Yes, local pickup is available in a public location in Anoka, MN. Pickup details will be arranged after your purchase. Please note that orders not picked up within 90 days will be considered forfeited.
12. Can I request a discount for cash payments?
No. Offline payments (such as cash) do not qualify for discounts.
13. Can you customize items like your purses?
Currently, my purses are sold as-is and cannot be further customized. However, I do offer fully customized paintings and other commission options.
15. Can I request a rush order for a commission?
I do not guarantee rush orders due to the nature of my work. Please plan commissions well in advance if you have a specific deadline in mind.
